Hands-on Reiki Treatments
Located in Forest Hill, MD -During your session I will use gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healing energy through your body.
I start each session by cleansing the aura, grounding your energetic field, and moving into the flow of Reiki energy. I will start healing at the crown of your head and move my way down to the bottoms of your feet.
All in person sessions include aromatherapy, relaxing environment, and calming music.
It is a beautiful way to calm your nervous system, relax your mind, and heal without needing to do a thing. For those that book an intuitive energy reading with your Reiki treatment, any messages that come through during your treatment will be discussed immediately following your session.
Distance Reiki Treatments
Energy is not limited by time or space.
The sacred symbols used in traditional Usui Reiki will send healing energy to anywhere in the world. When booking a distance Reiki session, I will provide you with a recorded healing meditation to listen to during your session. We will connect by phone before to discuss what areas you want me to focus on and go over any questions you have.
For those that book an intuitive energy reading with your Reiki, any messages that come through during your treatment will be discussed immediately following your session by phone.

These readings are Spirit Led and provide wisdom and insight into areas of your life that need guidance. We will begin with an overall energy scan to see where energetic blocks reside and where they stem from. Spirit will offer guidance to overcome any blocks which are holding you back from your highest potential. For those that books an in-depth Spirit Led reading, please come prepared with up to three questions in which you are seeking direction from Spirit.
